Ken was responsive, accommodating. His quote gave me confidence that he wasn't trying to up-sell me or bid higher than reasonable, particularly because he pointed out where I could get away without needing to do work right now. The work was excellent and the roofing crew was very respectful and fast. The roof was completed in two days with the second day mostly being touch-ups. I was very happy with the service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. The timing of the job was delayed slightly due to material supply chains and weather, all outside of their control. They were good about giving realistic ideas of what was going on and how long it would take.

His team (which numbered 7) was efficient, courteous, neat (site clean up each day and particularly at end of job) and did very high quality work.
