This job took way too long and caused inconvenience to my afternoon. Service people were aware that the whole street had no Wi-Fi the entire afternoon due to Xfinity upgrade work; that is why things weren’t fully functional and were not going to be until service from Xfinity was restored. They were here several hours for a small job installing a ring doorbell with wiring. The work was professional, however, and they were very amicable, but I could not get them to leave for a long time. Hopefully I won’t be charged the extra hours. That said, we rely completely on VOLTZ For our electrical needs and think they are a good firm to work with. Routine Genarac Generator maintenance Geo arrived on time and communicated very well with what he was here to do. He went through the maintenance procedures with me and upon completion he let me know that all was well. Geo is an employee that (in my previous working years) would have been considered a Hi-Potential employee. Great communicator, articulate, high energy and is ready to take on all assignments that you can challenge him with

Out of all of the companies I had tried to contact, Voltz was the only to pick up the phone directly instead of me leaving a message and waiting for a call back, some of which never came. They were able to get a technician out within 24 hours who were very nice and professional and took the time to explain to me what my issue was.
