Total Comfort Control a Division of East River Energy

I called several plumbers one catastrophic evening. I left a voice mail with Total Comfort and they called me back the next day. I spoke with a sweet & professional woman who had answers. I was not surprised they are busy since they seem to be on their game. I scheduled an appoinment but needed a plumber quickly. I got lucky and one of the other contractors had a cancellation which helped me with my situation. I will keep Total Comfort in mind for the future.

Have to shout out to these folks for a great expirience. Joe came for the estimate and was really knowledgable. After getting 3-4 estimates, I could tell right away who I wanted for the job. Jaun & Alex came for the install of the new Central Air system and were really nice and professional and knew they're stuff. Supposedly, the first unit that arrived had a small dent and they weren't having it. Called in, and new unit was delivered for install in less than 30 minutes. All in all a great choice. WIll use them next time, hands down. All correspondence was done through their office folks (Diane & Christine) and they were just awesome as well... responsive and informative throughout the entire process.
