Called on a Friday to get AC fixed and the lady on the phone told me it would be Tuesday. Come Tuesday I get a call saying they can’t make it then and the answering service is located in Texas and they know nothing about the company or it’s scheduling. So now I’m still without AC because of a cheap company using a call service center instead of hiring a person in house to answer calls. Don’t like businesses like that.
We made a great call by going with CP, they were professional, honest, and upfront about our Daikin AC install…they showed up on time and were professionals! Highly recommend. Service: Install AC
The technician was Jason Morgan and he was GREAT! He took the time to troubleshoot the leak issue which involved fixtures in both 2nd and 3rd floor showers. He found the compatible fixtures…went to get them, returned, did the work, corked and cleaned up. No more leaks. My parents and I are very pleased. We will add Climate Partners to our speed dial.
