Iman was professional and diligent when assessing and cleaning my AC unit. He was meticulous completing the cleaning process. AC installation was done effectively to repair and replace units. The company needs to explain cost with breakdown of parts and labor prior to doing the job. Important to return calls promptly when a request is made for explanation of services and cost. The company did not honor a visit to restart the hot water as they had left it off or something happened that since they came hot water was not working. They wanted to charge me for something that it was their mistake. They mentioned that as they found some issues it may have been related to that. Not true as the hot water has not been off ever since they were there. Not a customer friendly company, they just wanted to charge back as money is then only thing they cared. Not customer satisfaction. Not recommending.

I called on the hopes to get someone within in the week the day before the Fourth of July. I was lucky to get an appointment where Mike came within the time window and was quick and honest. I was able to then get my AC fixed the day after the holiday. Again, quick and on time. I have used Modern for. Few years now and very happy!
