Modern did my oil->gas conversion and boiler installation in 2020, and AC (heat pump) replacement in 2023. They do good work without any shortcuts for a transparent and fair price. All modern employees are competent and professional, but I would especially like to recognize Aman S. for going above and beyond in helping me with insurance and rebate claims related to the heat pump installation, as well post-installation follow up in configuring the smart features of the system exactly as per our preferences.

Iman was professional and diligent when assessing and cleaning my AC unit. He was meticulous completing the cleaning process. AC installation was done effectively to repair and replace units. The company needs to explain cost with breakdown of parts and labor prior to doing the job. Important to return calls promptly when a request is made for explanation of services and cost.
