Awesome experience. I've been working with modern for years and they are consistent, friendly, efficient and expert. Today they replaced my AC unit and it was a long and dirty job Chris and nic and Tom were wonderful Service: Heating system repair
Matthew was very accommodating with scheduling my maintenance. Victor arrived promptly and was a great communicator. He explained everything and was extremely neat and clean with his work. A+ experience. Service: HVAC system maintenance
The company did not honor a visit to restart the hot water as they had left it off or something happened that since they came hot water was not working. They wanted to charge me for something that it was their mistake. They mentioned that as they found some issues it may have been related to that. Not true as the hot water has not been off ever since they were there. Not a customer friendly company, they just wanted to charge back as money is then only thing they cared. Not customer satisfaction. Not recommending.
