The process of installing our new tankless hot water heater went very smoothly. Jay responded quickly to our request for a quote. I found him to be very knowledgeable and personable. He gave me a very detailed explanation of his recommendation including anticipated cost. We were able to schedule the installation quickly which was of great help to us. Zach and Dante arrived on time and quickly completed the job. Everything looks and works great. They were very professional and courteous.
