When I needed to replace my water heater, I called Ricks Plumbing and two other companies. Ricks responded promptly. I received a call from Jay who asked me a few questions about my current set-up and I sent him a photo so he could see the exact model and configuration. He then responded with three options to consider—a “good, better, best” choice. We scheduled an appointment for the very next morning. Jay, Jarrell and Evan arrived on-time having texted me in advance of their expected arrival time. Installation went off without any problems.
