Called on Monday and got an appointment for Wednesday at 2 (explained my issue with the boiler). Wednesday at at 2:30 I called and they said they would call me back(explained my issue with the boiler). Called me back at 3:30 to tell me that he was the plumbing tech and I needed a heat tech. Said someone would call me back. Called on Thursday at 9:30 (explained my issue with the boiler) and said they would call back in 30 minutes. Called Thursday at 2:30 (explained my issue with the boiler) said someone would call me back. Called Thursday at 5 (explained my issue with the boiler) said someone would call me back. It is Friday morning at 10:30 and I have only received one call back this whole time and it was to tell me that they were the wrong tech. Pretty unfortunate.

They installed a new hot water heater for a rental in New Haven. While they were there they fixed a shower handle that didn't work. They offered me a couple of options for the hot water heater and I appreciated the info they had about the different hot water heaters. I ended up getting one I wouldn't have chosen on my own. I had a hot water heater that started leaking water and then died on me. Ezra came right out gave me a good price and got it installed the next day. He disposed of the old water heater and left the basement clean. He even used a wet vacuum to get rid of the water on the basement floor. Nice guy, I would use again.
