The top part of this review is more recent: Steve Reid is the best! He also repaired our toilets in the upstairs and downstairs bathroom. We simply would not consider using another person to take care of our plumbing needs. We trust him and are very satisfied with his work. This part is from our first experiencedI decided to add this to Steve Reid is totally professional, responsive & reasonable. He came by on a Saturday and was able to effectively repair an old leaky basement pipe. He also fixed a broken hot water faucet in our spare bathroom. I called Steve blindly because he could come out on a weekend, and he was super responsive and super prompt. Unfortunately he needed to order toilet parts but he was back two days later to do the installation. In fact, he had to go back to the supplier that same day because of some missing pieces, but he came back the same day and also came back the next day for some adjustments. My domestic intake Pex pipe to my oil furnace basically burst which caused my basement to start a flood, I had to turn off the main to entire house. I called my HVAC servicer, who came out and basically told me its a plumbing issue. Then called a plumber that told me he did not work with this kind of piping so he did a bandaid job which failed in less than 24 hours. So then I called at 9:30am to Reids and explained all I had been through and that I needed help asap, they said they would come after the job they were doing arrived by 12:00pm and was completed by 1:20pm. They were professional, efficient and their price was more than fair. They answered all my questions and I will use them again. I strongly recommend!! Service: Plumbing pipe repair
