Scott had an attitude with me as soon as he realized there wasn’t a man home. Immediately tried to upsell me on a whole tub system when I specifically called him for a quote on a diverter repair. Scoffed at only being hired for actual plumbing work and not remodeling. Had to be asked to leave and left huffing and puffing. If you are a woman seeking an estimate from this guy best advice would be to have your husband home like it’s the 1950s. Yuck.

Scott was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He immediately addressed all of our issues & knew exactly what needed to be done. His pricing was consistent with other quotes and extremely fair. We called Colony on Saturday morning. Scott the owner answered right away and was able to come that day. My husband had noticed a wet spot on the wall and it was getting soft. Scott came around 1p found the issue, and he had it completed and fixed the same day. the same day. He was very nice, knowledgeable, quick service and very clean work.
