I have had W.B. Dickenson do work in my home since 2005. This weekend I had a problem with my water heater. I requested a quote Monday online and Tom responded a short time after. He gave me quote to fix the old water heater and a quote to replace. Both fair quotes in the range I expected. He said he potentially could get someone out that afternoon or definitely in the morning Tuesday. I opted to replace and he had people out first thing Tuesday. The service techs were professional and friendly. I have always been very satisfied with the experience having work done by Tom and his crew. Including a bathroom remodel in 2010 that came out beautifully. I definatly recommend W.B. Dickenson. Service: Water heater installation
