Paul and John are great. Communication is key for me and Paul is always prompt with his responses and patient. They squeezed me in their busy schedule to replace my 30 year old unit that broke during this brutal heat wave. The installation only took about 1.5 days and went very well. We called Guy’s on a Thursday when our central air went out. They got back to us that day and set up an appointment for Monday. Showed up on time Monday and Paul was friendly, knowledgable, and I didn’t feel like I was being sold. Bad news was we needed a new system. Paul checked to see if his recommended unit was in stock and gave us a price on the spot. Meanwhile I was waiting for two other estimates to “get back to me”. We shook hands and they installed a new unit that Thursday. Guys were again punctual and friendly. System is running great and I would highly recommend Guy’s to anybody. Service: Install AC
