Bill Berg was our technician. He came to service our mini-split system the afternoon before the July 4th holiday and in no way was he in a hurry to end his day. He was professional and explained the situation to me. Extremely pleased. I like how Pelletier schedules the appointments as well as informing me who will be the technician.
