Gary came out on a Sunday evening to repair our a/c on an extremely hot night. We had only used him once before so this was extremely kind and generous of him. He is also very pleasant and likable which is more important than ever!

The gentleman who owns this company came to my home in West Haven when I was having some issues with my AC which unbeknownst to me was a rather simple fix. He fixed the issue as a courtesy and didn't charge me so I knew if something happens down the road I'd call him again as it's difficult to find honest people these days .A few months later I had a real issue , he came back and fixed it and said it had a few more problems than he anticipated but since he quoted my a lower rate he would stick to it . So he's competent and honest .
