I received a call from Jason on Thursday regarding my leaky faucet in my tub. Jason arrived that same day in the afternoon but was unable to do the job because he didn't have some of the parts. He charged $65.00 consultation fee. He returned on Monday as agreed. Jason not only fixed the leak but replaced the entire faucet system per my request ( he could have done a repair instead of a replacement). Jason did a beautiful job and I was totally satisfied and impressed with his workmanship. I was also pleased with the cost. Jason is reliable, courteous and professional and I willingly recommend Jason to anyone who's looking for a plumber.

So Jason showed up, seemed really nice, even told us what a nice house we had. Later he charges us 65.00 to estimate the job. I had to track him down to give me a price. Then quotes the job at more than 3 times what 2 other plumbers had quoted. Needless to say my leak is fixed beautifully and for 1,200. Less than Jason. *Update* we didn't have a "bad experience " with Jason he was actually quite lovely. I just wanted to let everyone know that he charges an estimate without telling you until he is in your home and already looking at your job. In my experience as a homeowner, if there is a charge to come to your home you're told upfront. P.s. he had already emailed me, hmm

I spoke with Jason on 12/20 and he was able to come out on the 21st to see the issues with our toilet. As our toilet was a brand name, getting the parts were a slight issue so Jason had to shop in numerous places and he obtained what was needed for the job. He came back on Wednesday the 22nd and spent about an hour replacing parts and the toilet was back in action!! He cleaned up everything and was on his way. I knew about th $65 estimate fee in advance. Happy to say he's polite, knowledgeable and gets the job done. Service: Toilet repair
