I called first ting Monday morning spoke with Ray and he got Cory Jackson to come out right away as our air conditioner was not working. Cory came out and fixed the issue, was very nice, did the repair quickly and gave suggestions on what to do in the future to take care of our unit. Very prompt arriving 2 hours after called. A/C was working but not cooling. Dual capacitor needed to be changed on a Goodman unit and a “kick-starter” was added and 1 pound of refrigerant. Took 30 minutes at a cost of $780.00. Looked up price of dual capacitor on line… $45.00??? Never gave me an estimate before installing and offered to take the parts out if I didn’t want to pay that price. Why do companies have to gouge consumers to such an extent? So disappointing. Will not be using this company ever again.
I really liked Buckhalter heating and air. They were called on a moments notice, but they were here in no time. Fixed my a/c with a smile and great energy from the techntion. I would highly recommend them for any future repairs that you might have. And I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart. Service: A/C system maintenance
