In January of 2022 I was charged for a repair covered by warranty with the assurance in 6-8 weeks I would receive reimbursement. 18 months later, no $$$! Many calls asking where the repayment is, every time Tonya reassures me she sees where it was warranty covered and that "accounting" will return my call letting me know when they are mailing the check. Apparently "accounting" doesn't have a phone nor the checkbook. In January 2022, I had 2 remaining prepaid 6 month maintenance calls. In addition to NEVER reimbursing the warranty work they also never performed the prepaid service visits. Is there any management at this company???? Time to call Bounds!!! Because of construction issues, they had to work with the Marion county scheduling permit office. They were terrific and never gave up.
