Great customer service is what comes to my mind when I think of McDavid Roofing. I needed a new roof or my home insurance company was going to cancel my insurance. I was referred to them by a neighbor of mine who had hired them to replace their roof. I contacted them and they were able to get my roof replaced before the insurance deadline. Christine and everyone involved were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The crew that replaced my roof answered any questions that I had. I have been saying for a while that “customer service” is a dying art. There are some places that have not forgotten how to treat their customers and one is McDavid Roofing.
