Start to finish, everything was explained out clearly so no chance of surprises. Work was completed quickly and the crew was courteous and job site could not have been cleaner. I highly recommend this company.

We suspected a roof leak due to a spot appearing on our 2nd story ceiling. We had not been provided with information regarding our roof installation, so we googled metal roof repairs and found Retex. Our technician, Wes, arrived on time and was very polite and knowledgeable. He immediately suspected that it may not be a roofing issue, but squeezed his way into our pitch black attic and used his phone’s flashlight to follow the sound of my husband tapping on the ceiling to locate the issue. He returned from the attic with photos of a pipe that had a small leak which needed to be addressed by a plumber. He texted us the photos so we would have them to provide as we moved forward with a plumbing company. My husband and I both felt that Wes was a superior technician and were very impressed with his willingness to investigate the situation so thoroughly despite it being a challenge. I want to give a huge shout out and thank you to Wes Lewis and Retex Roofing Florida. A standing seam metal roof is extremely difficult to install and his guys did an unbelievable job installing my roof. I met with his guys and went up on the roof and checked their work daily and they did a flawless job. They hand cut every panel exactly to size and fit them together perfectly. They did all this without having to use one exposed fastener and therefore preventing any possible leaks. They gave me an incredible roof that will last a lifetime. And they did all this for $8K less than the other top notch roofers of North Central Florida. If you need any roof repair work or a complete replacement, whether it be metal or shingles, you will be glad you went with Wes and his team when it’s all done.
