Parker was here on February 1 to open frail from my kitchen. He is professional, polite and all around a good plumber and good person. We have used Sun State for years and each person has been great. Great company!! Same day service!! Service: Sewer repair

Being a previous customer, Sunstate was my first call. Needed a new water heater, on, yes, Thanksgiving. Normal price is $1200. Wanted $1800 b/c of holiday, kind of understandable. Called back 10 mins later to confirm, she, Christy or Christine then had to check with “owner” to see if tech wanted the work, and if so, price would then jump to $3600! Greed?? ???? All that had to be mentioned, at the very beginning, was that they did not want to work on the holiday and that would’ve been just fine… I get it. That said, we went to a customer friendly plumber who actually installed a better, commercial grade water heater and $1947, NOT $3600 - on Thanksgiving no less… ????

Super bad service to the customer waiting for more than two week to get just a price to check. Because the other part of the services can't be provided to fix the first day of visit.... good employee, but no fix the leak problem... if you call after a complaint, they will not answer the phone or take time to just say they will call you back... lie because no ask for my name or address... just call another plumber...
