On Monday (Labor Day) night. I no longer had hot water. My hot water heater is about 12 years old. I called Sunstate early yesterday morning. Talked with a very courteous and nice staff member, didn’t get a name but she was very nice. Setup an appointment for today (Wednesday)She asked what size water heater so they could put it on the truck when they came, They arrived as planned unloaded water heater, I showed them where it was going to be installed Parker and Cody were the two technicians. Very respectful and professional. Parker then was checking out the water heater and asked me if it was leaking? No not leaking just not heating up. He then tells me it’s the element and he can install a new one, that the tank itself is in good condition. I am so impressed for they could of installed the new one and I would have been happy, never knowing that I really didn’t need one at this time. Especially since they made the effort to load one up. Super bad service to the customer waiting for more than two week to get just a price to check. Because the other part of the services can't be provided to fix the first day of visit.... good employee, but no fix the leak problem... if you call after a complaint, they will not answer the phone or take time to just say they will call you back... lie because no ask for my name or address... just call another plumber... We had a plumbing issue and decided to try Sun State Plumbing. Parker and Cody were the two plumbing technicians who came out to perform the work. We could not have asked for better service or a better experience. Both Parker and Cody were very friendly, efficient and experts at what they do.
