We were linked up with Build Masters through our insurance company after having a flood in our home from bad plumbing pipes. We were very nervous as this is our first home and we have never experienced anything like this before. Bob came out to our house and walked us through the insurance portion of scope of work that was only in half of our home. Bob said that he could remodel the other half of our house. My wife was very nervous about dealing with a contractor because she and her family had a very bad experience with contractors in the past, and we have a newborn baby. We moved out of our house and Build Masters and Bob not only remodeled the insurance work but completely remodeled every room in our home. They chipped old tile and re tiled all of our floors of home, installed new kitchen cabinets, countertops, repiped the hole house with all new plumbing, and they even surprised us with a gift of a new master shower system that is incredibly. He kept everyone in the loop and was quick to reach. Took care of our concerns and made us feel comfortable during the process.
