Bruno Total Home Performance

Today, my technician was Vincent. He was superb. I received the 30-minute courtesy call from him prior to arrival. He was prompt and courteous. He performed a thorough maintenance inspection on my air conditioning system. He was concise and clear in providing me the details of the inspection. If I had any questions for him he was thorough and informative in his answers. He was extremely professional and polite from start to finish; one of the best technicians I've ever had perform the maintenance at my house. I was extremely pleased with his demeanor and the service he provided.

Bruno Total is a pretty decent company. I've had them out for air conditioning and plumbing. There's no shortage of help. Their service people are always kind and courteous, and their scheduling department team is always courteous too. The only thing is that if you have something major, you can't get to the owner, only supervisors, and they have way too many of them. It would be nice to deal with the same supervisor to make certain the issues are resolved.

I’ve waited over a year to make this review hoping my experience would improve. In June of 2017 I had Bruno do complete new duct work and a brand new a/c unit. The install was only ok as they took longer than originally told. But that would have been fine if we didn’t continue to have issues with our new unit. In a one year period we have had 8 service calls on a brand new unit with all new duct work. I even purchased additional products after the the original install. At the one year mark I asked three separate times for a manager to call me to discuss what we were going to do after the warranty expires. I didn’t feel I had purchased a reliable unit. At this point I’ve not heard from anyone. Plus I’ve had several friends tell me they wished they had known I called Bruno that they would have stopped me. Overall worst A/C experience, I would run the other way if you’re shopping for new unit.
