What a wonderful caring company! Mark the owner originally came out to evaluate our needs for a new a/c and gave us three levels of options to consider. After talking with Mark and hearing his business philosophy, I knew we would go with Dr. Kool. The quotes were all competitive and within 4 days we were having our failing a/c replaced with a new one. The team of technicians are reliable, knowledgeable, honest and clean up after themselves. We hit a small glitch as the area for our a/c is in the laundry room and very tight and my dryer accidentally got dented. Mark sent out two techs to inspect the damage and the same day their office called my dryer manufacturer and ordered a new dryer top. What a class act. We have a maintenance agreement with Dr. Kool. On Friday evening our AC stopped cooling, we called first thing on Saturday morning and by 10:30 am Ellis was at our house. He was courteous and quickly addressed the problem; very professional. Great job Dr. Kool! Service: A/C system repair
