I work as an assistant manager in aproperty near downtown ft. Myers, and the technician Isael, is a great employee. Very knowledgeable, professional, well spoken, very detail oriented and respect. The installation crew (Adel, Guillermo, and Ram Luis) were excellent. They were very thorough, precise, and took all the time necessary to do the A/C installation correctly. They were respectful of our home and did a great job. The A/C unit is running well and we plan to continue with the Dr Kool maintenance program. Service: Install AC
We have a maintenance agreement with Dr. Kool. On Friday evening our AC stopped cooling, we called first thing on Saturday morning and by 10:30 am Ellis was at our house. He was courteous and quickly addressed the problem; very professional. Great job Dr. Kool! Service: A/C system repair
