Carlos Sanchez was the technician that came out to my home, and he did a fantastic job. I showed him the issue that my system was exhibiting, and he knew exactly what the problem was. Essentially, the primary drain pan impacted with white slime causing water to spill over and fill the return duct. Carlos flushed the drain and condensate pump, he suctioned the water from the intake duct, checked the cooling, and changed filter. Carlos was extremely knowledgeable, patient in answering my questions, and thorough in the maintenance of the system.
