I would warn customers beware! I'm a landlord a few hours away and after getting a call about my tenants A/C not working I sought a couple of quotes. After reading reviews and getting a quote from another company I reached out to Juli and asked if she could come take a look. She sent a tech over but 3 hrs later I still hadn't heard anything and so I reached back out. Unfortunately for me the Tech didn't provide her or me any info. She reached out to her tech and got back to me and let me know he did the work and it's working for now. Unfortunately the work was done without approval or estimate. In getting the bill it was 30% higher than my first estimate. When I told her I didn't approve the work she told me I should have told her not to do any work and be sure to provide an estimate beforehand. She then went on to share she has a problem with her tech doing work without an estimate. I explained I wasn't happy and she told me no problem I don't have to pay, that she would come remove t
