Elite roofing and restoration company replaced our tiles roof. The point persons working in the company,a dynamic duo, Stuart and Brandon are amazing. I mainly dealt with Stuart, who has been very friendly, up to the point, answered the calls and kept me up to date on my roof work and completed it on time as agreed-upon. We had some minor water intrusion after Ian, so I contacted Elite Roofing. On February 3 Dan Donovan performed a roof inspection, and promised to issue a report and a proposal for the repairs in "the next couple of days". Despite repeated assurances from Kat in the office via phone and Dan via text that both would be forthcoming ASAP, it is now March 7 and I have received nothing.
