We initially contacted FRR in April to quote us for a new roof prior to Ian coming through. After the storm they were out almost immediately to re inspect and put up the tarp. When we had more rain and new leaks seemed to be popping up every day. Eric was patient and empathetic with every concern and was quick to reassure me and to have someone check the situation from the inside and out before continuing any work. The office staff were so patient and helpful with technical issues on our end. The level of contact is perfect. You never have to chase anyone down or wait days for answers. When they know something, you know something. His team were professional, polite, extremely tidy and beyond respectful. Apart from the noise that comes with the job at hand we never even heard them. They did an amazing job prepping to ensure nails were not left where my dogs or children could get hurt on them.
