We had a great experience. The whole team was very efficient and respectful from the very beginning to the end of the process. They made sure to clean the property up very well at the end of each work day. Their work looks great and it was a great over all experience. This company did not honor their appointments, three times! When one of their estimators finally showed, ( at 4pm for a 9am appointment) he did not fill out the requisite paperwork, ie. what the work entailed for the price, and I never got a straight answer from the boss( Fernando) concerning Ivan, their clearly inept employee. Save yourself a world of time and money, and go with anyone else!

They missed several scheduled appointments, quoted me one price then came back with another. Agreed on the new price and never came back to schedule or start work after several calls. Completely ghosted. I found another roofer $5k cheaper and they just completed work and all passed inspection. Avoid Ram Roofing they’re apparently too busy or lazy and definitely overpriced.
