Quality Plumbing

I'm the community manager at Vista Del Lago. We use Quality plumbing almost exclusively. They do great work and the staff is awesome. It's hard to find good service and they never disappoint me. I highly recommend them.

Well if you like getting robbed, this is the company to hire. Bought a new Sink with all parts included. Called and asked what it would cost for removal and installation. Was quoted $129 service fee for first half hour followed with $29.50 per quarter hour after. Was in a rush so hired. They removed my cast iron sink, which I had to help move out, and said the new sink didn’t fit and they had to leave. They couldn’t cut a quarter inch away to make this happen. Had to cut the template myself and have them come back for install. Came back next day and got charged a reduced service fee rate of $100 dollars plus labor. Overcharged for pvc and all parts. Almost $600 to install a sink which I had to help with . I was in a pinch and paid the price. I will say their service techs were A +++. Only saving grace. Move on to the next company ASAP!!!
