After some problems getting estimates from Bringman Roofing for the different types of new roofs I was considering, I believe a rearrangement of office personnel solved the problem. As an office manager Crystal Neumann made the project run smoothly through completion. I found her extremely knowledgeable competent and a great communicator. Likewise, Mr. Mario Martinez did an outstanding job as Project Manager. He was on site frequently directing his teams from old roof removal through the end of new roof completion. I found him very knowledgeable about the job and process, quick to analyze unexpected situations and find acceptable solutions. he is professional and easy to work with. Our new insurance company's inspection reflected some broken and slipped tiles on our roof. The first roofing company we called kept delaying in providing us with an estimate for repairs. The timeline our insurance company gave us was expiring in less than 1 week. We called Bringman and they immediately scheduled a repair visit for us.
