Wyman Plumbing

We called for a backflow inspection and they were two weeks out. We found another company to come out next day. We canceled Wymans appointment. The other company replaced the backflow and produced the report necessary for the county. Two weeks later Wyman showed up, started in an invoice the backflow preventer failed inspection and charged us to repair a two week old backflow preventer without calling for authorization. Something is not above board with this company. BEWARE

We have used Wyman Plumbing for various reasons several times over the past 8 years. We always had great service and I have recommended them many times to my customers and fellow realtors. However the last 2 calls have been disappointing. The first call I was having trouble with my toilet flushing and they came out to discover a small tube had merely come loose. He push it back in place , literally 30 seconds, and they charged me 125.00. Then recently I discovered my kitchen sink leaking on a Tuesday evening. Called first thing Wed to have them come out and I was told it would be Monday. I told the person who answered, I was unable to use my sink to which she replied, that's all that is available. I found another company that was able to come out that same afternoon. Services: Toilet repair, Water heater installation, Plumbing pipe repair, Toilet installation, Shower repair

I have used this company for over 10 years absolutely love the service the people and the promptness. Have never been disappointed in anything that they have done for me.
