Our toilet was leaking on the floor. I called Richard's Plumbing this morning. Sheila handled the scheduling and got back to me with a service time this afternoon. Jeff sent me a text that he was on his way. Jeff was courteous and professional. He fixed the toilet. Cleaned-up after his work. And was on his way in an hour. The total fee was half the phone quote of another plumber, who could not come until next week. We highly recommend Richard's Plumbing.

I have used Richard’s Plumbing several times for my rental properties. Half the time they are good and the other half of the time they are bad but really bad.. The final draw was when they charged me multiple times for one single job, and every time I called them to sort it out they would promise to call me back but never did. Good luck using Richard’s Plumbing you have about a 50/50 chance of receiving good service and not being over charged

Everything was good about the service and professionalism. Mike was awesome. Unfortunately, the price was about $200 over what it should have been. It was a simple outdoor spigot repair that I was charged $420. 20 minute repair and 1/2 hr dry time. Seriously, too pricey! ???? Service: Plumbing pipe repair
