I am more than thrilled with R&R Heating &Cooling !! We returned home on a Saturday in 98 degree, high humidity weather from vacation and no air. I called R&R and Dee was just wonderful trying to help me with our system. When we determined that we needed service Richard came right out. The unit was not going to be able to be repaired. There was absolutely no pressure to buy. We were able to get a very fair price and they installed it on Monday. Richard was even thoughtful enough to bring and set up a portable unit for us to use until our new one was installed. Everyone was very professional and kind. I was so impressed that he didn't want us to be without air and thankful too!

I am so impressed by these wonderful people. They came out within an hour of the time I called. They did a thorough evaluation of what was going on with my unit. They did not do any unnecessary repairs, they merely did what needed to be done. It was extremely reasonable rate for what work they did. My unit is up and running.
