Buyer beware! Had a roof put on two years ago with Total Home Roofing. During the last storm had a tree fall on the corner of the roof that caused damage. I called them thinking that they could come out to do the roof repair so my warranty would not be voided. I was told that they do not do repairs and if I have another roofer come out to repair the roof my warranty will be voided. Very unprofessional and unheard of in this business. Other roofers that have come out to give me an estimate for the roof repair can't believe that is how this company operates. It should be clearly stated verbally and in writing that this is their policy. Shame on me for thinking that they operate like other roofing companies. Just want to let other's know before they get a new roof put on. In response, I was willing to pay for the repairs which I told the representative from your company on the phone. I know that hurricane damage/acts of nature would not be covered under the warranty.
First I want to thank Craig Hancock sales manager for his great service and professionalism. Craig is awesome, i absolutely had the best experience with him. Not only is he very friendly, he is very knowledgeable when it comes to roofing and the whole process that goes with it. They were awesome. JUAN Carlos and his crew are very efficient kept everything pickup and the roof looks great. I would have have him and his crew do work anytime. JOHN Lagreca is an awesome sales rep. His quote was very close and he even showed up on the job sight making sure everything was going smooth. CARLOS and John were in communication all the time. I HIGHLY respect all the men that were here during the time my new roof was put on. My neighbors was very impressed with them and asked me for their cards which I gave them I hope everyone will pick Total Home Roofing for their next project. Service: Roof installation
