As a recent widow, I was very hesitant and skeptical about roofing companies. So, I checked the BBB, and asked family and friends questions. After deciding to use this company, without acquiring estimates from 3 companies as my husband had always done, I can say that I was completely satisfied with their service and price. The workers arrived on time and left on time. I did not experience any of the complaints that were listed on the BBB reports. The workers protected my lawn, bushes and trees and left no personal trash behind them. The dumpsters were placed and removed without damaging the lawn or driveway. With the large size of my roof, the company sent the right number of workers to complete the job in two days; and I only found three nails on the ground after the work was completed. In spite of a disagreement with the insurance company, Steve treated me and my property very well. I highly recommend this company, Citrus Contracting, to others. Carlos and his team at cities contracting were phenomenal. He was there throughout the whole process. If I had any questions, he responded quickly.
