I will never use this roofing company again and will let my friends and a acquaintances know. The sales rep, A. Capabianco was non responsive once I had selected their co. and signed the contract. I had several issues and couldn’t get anyone to answer my calls. Left numerous msgs with Giovanni Banuchi (manager)- he NEVER responded. How can you treat your customers that way? It hasn’t been a year yet since the roof was completed and now, for the first time, I had rodents in my attic! Buyers BEWARE! Service: Roof installation

My initial call was handled quickly and they were so nice. Todd was very informative and responsive with our on-site inspection and quote process. Disappointed in this company do not recommend them They started a roof replacement on 9/23/22 and still not done and not satisfied with the work a lot of fixing is still needed they are hard to get ahold of will Not return calls don’t show up when they say they will be out and even left cracks in our ceiling pictures show there sloppy work Service: Roof installation
