I just called to have EC pro come and check a leak in my AC unit and girl proceeded to ridicule me for not knowing how to service the unit that they installed a little over one year ago. I informed the snarky girl on the phone that THEY never told me how to maintain the unit other than changing the filters regularly which I do. I would have gladly had the unit properly maintained had I been informed of this information. I know nothing about AC units. So unprofessional and lacking in courtesy the manner in which she spoke to me. Also I have attached a picture because I wonder if this is this how the drain pipes are supposed to be installed? It is in the middle of my garage ceiling. Probably not. I let that go when they installed it. I shouldn’t have. Very frustrated customer. Service: Install AC
