Professional, awesome customer service, as a prior HVAC mechanic, I can tell you these guys know what they are doing. Service: Installation
They came out in August 2021 and repaired a very bad install on a new ac by a different company that the previous home owner hired. They then came out in January 2022 and found a loose wire connection in 5 minutes that was causing my heat pump to blow cool air. Very satisfied with them so far.
EC Air Pro was so professional and timely! One of our AC went out and the ceiling collapsed. The other AC we have the fan wasnt working properly We have an infant so dealing with the heat was tough. EC Air Pro came that day and installed the new systems the next day. They charged a fair price and had financing. We are so grateful for them and their service.
