This is a wonderful company helping the people of Ft Myers Beach to restore their lives. They are quick to respond to do electrical work, reenergizing power, rewiring homes, installing hard wire generators, and propane tanks.
I had a great experience with RCS when installing my generator. I still use them when needed. I recommend this company!
2 weeks ago I was given an appointment for servicing my generator but the technician didn’t show up for the service. When I called them after waiting for over 2 hours they informed me that their technician won’t be able to do the service. They made another appointment today and again the technician didn’t show up. I was not notified in advance of their inability to keep the appointments they made. Very unreliable, irresponsible incompetent company. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with RCS generator company.
