Our air system completely failed and we had an emergency tech Frank confirm our worst fears (Sunday), the salesman Dave Rojas came Monday assessed our needs and got our order delivered to Susie at the Office for completion of our order. She is always on the ball and always has a “can do” voice when things do go awry. Now the extra special surprise, Dave Rojas came to our home today (Idalia landing) and installed a temporary unit for us until the regular installation can take place. He stepped out of the box of salesman and knew having no air conditioning while recouping from a kidney procedure was greatly appreciated for comfort and safety.
