Had a pipe leaking behind the wall between my kitchen and bathroom right before Christmas. Franzese came out the same day, diagnosed the problem and fixed the leak the next day. They took the time to educate me about the problem and discuss potential future issues. The plumbers who came out were professional and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend Franzese Plumbing. I've had to use Franzese twice this month and have used them in the past. Chris came out and fixed our issue in no time!! He was extremely nice and very personable! Their prices are very reasonable. I had called another company in the area who wanted to charge me over $300 to change out a showe cartridge!! Franzese didn't charge me anywhere near that! I highly recommend them!!!
Backflow Preventor just died and water spewed everywhere…gushed out. My neighbor recommended Franzese, so I called immediately. They were out in about an hour and had the repair done with my water back on within 30 minutes. Even explained with the backflow preventor does. Rate was what I expected, so no surprises there.
