Had a pipe leaking behind the wall between my kitchen and bathroom right before Christmas. Franzese came out the same day, diagnosed the problem and fixed the leak the next day. Backflow Preventor just died and water spewed everywhere…gushed out. My neighbor recommended Franzese, so I called immediately. They were out in about an hour and had the repair done with my water back on within 30 minutes. Even explained with the backflow preventor does. Rate was what I expected, so no surprises there.
