We used Freedom to replace our roof and flat roof. The timeline they gave me was better than anyone else I had out to quote, and the best price. I’m always skeptical because we’ve had a lot of companies do work for us that promise one thing and then do another. Freedom does what they say they’ll do. They kept me informed on each step of the process. When they said they’d show up, they did… Each and every time. There were a few issues that came up and they quickly took care of them. I was actually shocked by their responsiveness. Cory you are exceptional and Freedom is one of the best companies I’ve used by far. The owner and Office staff seem pretty reasonable. The roof itself came out great but the team that did the work really need a talking to. Company was willing too resolve any issues and we are happy with the roof so I'm not gonna harp on any of that. All in all good job.
