Shawn helped me through choosing premium Owens Corning shingles for my roof in 2020. Delivery was on time, installation was on time and the job was finished on time. I made an appointment with this company to have an estimate on my roof damage from the hurricane. The appointment was made a month out from the call. Other companies came within days to no more than 2 weeks. The estimator stated that he would have my estimate to me in 7 days but with the holidays it may be sooner since he would have less inspections to do. I'm on day 10 now, still no estimate. The other companies got me estimates within 24-48 hours. I have been patient with this company but at this point it's been ridiculous. For a 5 rating in the reviews, I can't see it. 1/2023, Update- Since this original post, the company has gone above and beyond to make things right. I appreciate the effort to make things right. Less than 2 years ago SCM put a new roof on our home and they did a great great job, so after the storm I didn't hesitate to call Shawn I knew his professionalism would come through again for us and he did! He responded quickly assessed the roof within days we were patched and a few days later we were fixed!! by his professional crew!! He told me not to worry about anything which set my mind at ease!!
