Bernie and Mary from Independent AC were lifesavers about 5 years ago. We came to our SW home and realized that our AC was not working. Bernie came out on a weekend evening and was able to determine the problem. At that moment they became our HVAC maintenance company. Twice a year Mary would call and we would coordinate when we were there. I had extreme confidence in their experience and honesty. I trusted them to access the property of need be and they kept me up to date on any issues that might affect the performance of our HVAC system.
