Hello, the service provided was on a rental house. The tenant reported that she was extremely grateful because she had experienced a flat tire earlier this morning. The team showed up and they helped her out so she could get the tire fixed. They didn't have to. She mentions that the new guy who just came to the company was the best. There were several names mentioned but we don't know who that was. But I imagine the whole team helped. My wife, commented that this gives us hope for humanity. Thank you. Aztec Plumbing was extremely professional from start to finish on my repipe job. Santo, Brian, Adrian and Kyle were the absolute best. They were knowledgeable, considerate, efficient and did a wonderful job. They took time to explain things to me in detail, completed the work quickly and efficiently, went out of their way to leave my home clean and protected. After the job was complete, the office support have kept me up to date on the completion, ie., inspections and repairs. I would highly recommend Aztec Plumbing to anyone searching for a professional and experienced company.

John Fernandez, Aztec plumber, has done two jobs for me at different times this month. He showed up on time, evaluated my plumbing needs, described service recommendations, showed me options with total price and absolutely no pressure to do the work now. That was just the beginning of a good experience. He replaced two 50 gal water heaters in my garage along with a hot water circulating pump. His work is precise, pipes level, joints cleaned and he is organized and neat. My experience with John and his work couldn’t have been better. He worked that day until 9:30pm to complete the job so we could have water. The cost is expensive in my opinion but I feel like I’m getting the best service possible. No trip charge, add on’s, or truck oil leaks in my driveway. The price is comparable to the experience.
