After a quarter sized hail storm damaged my roof, Gil and Craftsman Roofing worked side by side with the insurance adjuster to facilitate my roof claim. Once the insurance claim was approved, Gil / Craftsman used the insurance proceeds to get me a very very high quality roof. The local code inspector even commented on the quality of the roof and the materials used. Gil was onsite everyday of the roof installation, and was always extremely responsive to text and emails, as he wanted to make sure that I was 100% satisfied with the roof and the process. Many people get the insurance claim money and then bid out the roof replacement. That bidding process just insures that they get the cheapest roof. Shawn’s home and business were damaged by hurricane Ian. Nevertheless, he pushed on to deliver our roofing tiles, when they were finally available and scheduled a crew to work on our home. That was Francisco Duarte and his team, who drove 4 hours (Fort Myers to Lake Mary) on several occasions, to complete our roof. Francisco and crew worked long hours in inclement weather conditions, but still delivered an exceptional top-quality roof.
