Definitely recommend and will use in the future. Had an “emergency” clogged toilet due to a family member with dementia. They showed up within hours and went the extra mile to fully diagnose and remedy the issue. Required removing the toilet & finding foreign object I wasn’t aware of. Personable and professional. I hired Ultra Plumbing to repipe my rental property in Cape Coral because my insurance required it. They provided a quote over the phone and then ultimately came out in person to assess the property and provide an estimate for a repipe with drywall repair and painting. Their price was very fair and they kept me and my tenants informed every step of the way. When they were finished the plumbing worked so much better it was like night and day. If you need to repipe your home I definitely recommend you call Ultra Plumbing.
Gary was very promptly..he replied to me right away and even tried to walk me through on the phone to see if I could resolve the problem with my toilet which in turn could have saved me some cash but I couldn’t ..he then came early morning with his workmate Justin and fixed my issue with my toilet. Very nice people and were very understanding and not trying to reap you off. I now know who to call if I have any other problem again or just any other plumbing issues.
