I wanted to express my thanks to the people at Air Conditioning Heating and Service of Tampa Bay (ACH@S of Tampa Bay). Months ago, it was clear that I needed a new HVAC system. Since the summer was approaching and the economy is horrific, I felt the time was now to change the system. I got several estimates including one from ACH@S of Tampa Bay. I had actually hired them for a repair on my HVAC last year and Mark Jr. did a great job. After all the bidding, I decided to go with ACH@S of Tampa Bay. I wanted the unit installed as soon as possible as it was clear my HVAC was in real bad shape. Mark's father, Mark Sr., called and made it happen within a day. Had a appointment made lady never call to tell me her address installer was running late when i called to see why no one showed up she said she called me to let me know he was coming at all i never received a call and she wanted to rebook me two days out.
