I have had a contract with Bayside Heating & Air for 2 1/2 years and have been very satisfied with them. Jason is my service tec and he is fantastic. He always shows me and explains to me the service as he is doing it. He may suggest things that would help my AC but is never disappointed if I do not purchase it. I like that I do not feel pushed into anything I do not want but he also educates me at the same time. Thank you Jason we need more people like you.

I have been a customer of Bayside Heating and Air for about 15 years now. They have always been very honest, professional, and reliable. Brian Baker has been to my house several times and has always proven to be very knowledgeable. I recently replaced all the AC duct work in my house. The installers, Cody and Brian Greene, did an excellent job. During the installation, there were two mistakes that were made inadvertently. First, while trying to open my sliding glass door, the handle accidentally came off. The second one, was also an accident. When they went up in the attic, where my AC unit is kept, they accidentally hit a loose knob on my hot water heater, which is also located in the attic. This consequently caused a pipe to leak water, resulting in water to then pool onto the floor. What I found to be very impressive, was that they not only took responsibility for both instances and brought them to my attention, but they also promptly fixed both issues! I have always full
