Positricity

I've used Positricity twice and I have been very happy both times. I called them Monday morning at 7:30am with an issue that happened over the weekend. I got a call center, but I left a message with them and was told that the main office opens at 8am. At 8am on the dot, I get a phone call saying the tech will be at my house in 20 minutes. The tech was exactly on time and spent a good 45 minutes diagnosing my weird issue with a circuit glitch. He identified the problem and fixed the issue quickly. I also asked him to replace a loose light switch while he was here. I am very impressed by their customer service and workmanship. I will definitely use them again if any other issues arise. Jeanette and Matt were professional. They explained everything they did and offered options for things we could do down the road to make things work better concerning holiday decorations. Easy enough repair and great service, but not happy about post hurricane Ian price gouging. Experienced electricians is all well and good, but 600 dollars an hour for an easy repair is sad. Took advantage of me and it doesn't feel good. Sad part is everyone from duke energy to the technician who came out knew I was going to get screwed. Oh well, power is back on so live and learn.
