WOW is all I can say. I called on a Wed afternoon as our current 20 yr old system was just not working as it should. I told her that we were looking at inspection of current unit and also a quote on new system. Greg (sales) and Fernando (Tech) showed up on Thurs morning and while Greg spoke to us about the systems available, pricing and the advantage program Fernando did a very thorough inspection of our unit and air handler. Since it is 20+ yrs old it doesnt use the current freon, the coils were all rusted and there were numerous issues with our current system (Which we knew due to age). Greg suggested the unit for us, it has the dehumidifier built in and UV protect. Also with the Advantage plan it is all covered, maintanence, repairs, parts, even the filters so we decided to go that route. Can you believe they were able to install it the next day! Scott and Quinton were amazing. They came in and explained everything to us about our until and what was wrong. Got the air back running cool in no time. They also explained the bi yearly membership check up and it was better deal than not having it so totally went with it. Great service and great people!

I called on a Sunday morning because my air conditioner was leaking water. Not only did Midway Services respond within an hour, but the repairman, Anthony, was extremely professional. He explained everything to me! The price for the repair was very reasonable. I highly recommend Midway Services. Update--today 6/2/23 I met with Corey and Christian to discuss replacing my current A/C. They were the utmost professionals, taking the time to discuss all of my options. I chose a system that I believe will serve me now as well as in the future. I cannot say enough about Midway and I recommended them to anyone needing A/C services.
