Replaced two 16 year old Trane Heat Pumps and air handlers over two days. Great quality product at very competitive price to other top brands. Did what they promised up front. Very helpful setting up and explaining high tech thermostats that will provide greater indoor comfort, information and control. Quality of work was good with very minor rework. Our air conditioner suddenly stopped working on a Sunday afternoon. I called the after hours number of the company we had been using for our AC maintenance. Told them we needed a repair asap due to health issues of a family member. No one ever called back. I called Advanced Air and spoke with Madison. She was so sweet and understanding of the problem and she scheduled Chris to come out that same afternoon. Chris fixed the problem, was very professional, and our air conditioner is working like a charm. Because of the excellent service we received from Chris and Madison, we fired our prior AC company and will be using Advanced Air for all our maintenance and repair in the future.
